Every item at Crovenza.pk is lovingly handcrafted by skilled artisans. Each stitch, pattern, and detail is made with care to bring you unique, high-quality crochet products. Because of the handmade nature of our work, we have a special return policy to ensure fairness for both our customers and our crafting team.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

The product is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.

You contact us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos/videos as proof.

The product is unused, in its original packaging and condition.

If these conditions are met, we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

What Cannot Be Returned

Due to customization and hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns for:

Handmade-to-order or customized items

Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or handling

Sale or discounted items

Change of mind (color/size preference change after receiving product)

Handmade items may have slight variations in color, stitching, or texture. These are not considered defects but proof of genuine craftsmanship.

Refund / Replacement Process

Once your return request is approved:

We will arrange the pickup or ask you to ship the item back

After inspection, a refund or replacement will be processed within 7 to 10 working days

Wallet credit

Bank transfer / Mobile Wallet (Pakistan only)

Return Shipping Cost

If we made a mistake (wrong or damaged product), we cover the return cost

If the issue does not meet return guidelines, shipping will be your responsibility

International Orders (Gulf)

We offer exchanges/refunds only for damaged or faulty items
Return shipping cost for international orders may apply
