Welcome to Crovenza.pk, a handmade crochet store based in Pakistan. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Handmade Product Nature

All items are handcrafted by our crochet artisans. Slight variations in size, texture or color may occur. These variations are not considered defects but signs of authentic handmade craftsmanship.

2. Order Processing

Production begins shortly after your order is confirmed.
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.
• For ready-stock orders, cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of purchase.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices listed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in Pakistan only.
• International orders require full payment in advance.

4. Shipping

Delivery timelines and couriers are listed in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Delays caused by courier services or external factors (weather, strikes, customs etc.) are not our responsibility.

5. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy for full details.
Custom-made products are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

• All product designs, images, logos and content on Crovenza.pk are our exclusive property.
• Reproduction, copying or commercial use without permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order, you agree that:
• The information you provide (name, address, phone) is accurate.
• You are responsible for any additional customs duties for international orders.

8. Policy Updates

Crovenza.pk may modify these terms at any time.
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
