At Crovenza.pk, every product is handmade with love, care and creativity by our talented crochet artisans. We want your order to reach you safely and on time, whether you are in Pakistan or in the Gulf region. This policy explains how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to:
• Pakistan (Nationwide)
• Gulf Countries including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait

If your country is not listed, you may contact us and we will try our best to arrange delivery.

2. Production & Delivery Timeline

Since all our items are handmade, please allow us some time to craft perfection:

Handmade Production Time:
🧵 2 to 3 business days

Delivery Time After Dispatch:
• Within Pakistan: 2 to 5 business days
• Gulf Countries: 10 to 15 business days

Note: Public holidays, weather delays or courier disruptions may extend delivery time.

3. Shipping Partners

We deliver your parcels with trusted courier services:

Pakistan
• Leopards Courier
• PostEx
• M&P Courier

International (Gulf Countries)
• DHL

You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location, parcel size and weight.

• Pakistan: Standard delivery charges apply
• Gulf Countries: International shipping rates apply depending on the destination country

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available only within Pakistan.
International orders require full prepayment.

6. Delivery Attempts

Couriers usually make two delivery attempts.
If the parcel returns to us due to non-availability or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a message or email with your tracking ID. You can track your parcel through the courier’s website.

8. Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

9. Import Duties (Gulf Orders)

International orders may incur customs fees or taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
